Dr Anisha Pillay is an experienced General and Developmental Paediatrician at Thrive Paediatrics, where she provides compassionate, holistic care for children of all ages. With over 18 years of clinical experience, Anisha brings warmth, expertise, and genuine care to every consultation.
Anisha has particular expertise in developmental and behavioural paediatrics, neurodiversity support (including autism and ADHD), learning difficulties, continence issues, and childhood anxiety. She believes in partnering with parents, teachers, and allied health professionals to provide the best possible outcomes for each child. Her family-centred approach ensures that children and families feel heard, supported, and empowered.
In addition to her private practice at Thrive Paediatrics, Anisha works at the Royal Children's Hospital and Monash Children's Hospital. She is passionate about education and mentors the next generation of paediatricians, combining clinical excellence with a commitment to supporting children's overall wellbeing.
